Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy definition

Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by members of the Board, officers or other employees who may possess material, non-public information regarding the Company, as in effect at the time of a disposition of any Stock.

Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means the Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy of the Issuer applicable to its directors and executive officers, as such xxxxxxx xxxxxxx policy may be amended from time to time.

Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means the xxxxxxx xxxxxxx policy of the Company adopted by the Board, as such xxxxxxx xxxxxxx policy may be amended from time to time.

Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means the policy adopted by the Company's Board of Directors, as such may be amended from time to time, relating to transactions in the Company's securities by the Company's executive officers and directors.

Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means any xxxxxxx xxxxxxx policy of PubCo applicable to directors and executive officers, as such xxxxxxx xxxxxxx policy may be adopted, amended, supplemented or restated from time to time, in accordance with the PubCo Charter, the Bylaws of PubCo and the Investor Rights Agreement (as applicable).

Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means the policy adopted by the Board that establishes rules regarding the trading of the Corporation’s securities by its directors, officers, and employees, which policy is available on the Syntelligence;

Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means the xxxxxxx xxxxxxx policy in the agreed form, to be adopted by the Board on behalf of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.
