Xxxxxxxxx Facility definition

Xxxxxxxxx Facility has the meaning given to it in Section 5.2(e).

Xxxxxxxxx Facility means the Xxxxxxxxx generating facility located near Xxxxxx, Pennsylvania in Xxxxxxxxx County, Pennsylvania and owned by the Borrower.

Xxxxxxxxx Facility means (i) Pennzoil's facilities on the Xxxxxxxxx Unit for producing, processing, storing and loading sulphur and (ii) all related xxxxx, buildings, fixtures and equipment.

• If revision of the student’s IEP is required, development of an amended or new IEP shall occur.2. If a new program or placement is designed for the student as a result of the review, the program or placement shall be implemented immediately following parental approval of the IEP.

• In the event the performance of the Services requires Shift Digital and/or the Service Providers to access Dealer’s computer systems to collect Dealer Data or perform the Services, Dealer specifically requests and authorizes such access and will provide, and has all rights and authorizations required to provide, such access.

Xxxxxxxxx Facility means the retired peaking generation facility owned by a Subsidiary of Borrower and located in Granite City, Illinois.

Xxxxxxxxx Facility means the Xxxxxxxxx Base-Load Xxxxx 0, 0 xxx 0,000 xxxxxxxx (xxx) coal-fired electric generating units and certain other improvements and fixtures located in Xxxxxxxxxx County, Maryland and more fully described in Exhibit B to each Xxxxxxxxx Facility Lease.

Xxxxxxxxx Facility means the $55,000,000 postpetition financing facility provided to Borrowers by Xxxxxxxxx pursuant to a credit agreement dated October 9, 1996 and approved by the Bankruptcy Court on a final basis on November 5, 1996.

Xxxxxxxxx Facility means the facility located at and about 000 X. 0xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx.

Xxxxxxxxx Facility means all real property owned or leased by the Company or any Subsidiary in Xxxxxxxxx County, Kentucky, and all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located thereon, whether owned, leased or otherwise held or used by the Company or any Subsidiary and all equipment and other personal property used or useful in connection with any such real property, buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures.

Xxxxxxxxx Facility. Means the Dickerson Base-Load Units 1, 2 and 3, ------------------ 546 MW net coal-fired electric generating units located in Upper Xxxxxxxxxx County, Maryland.
