PREAMBLE. 1.1 The scope of the Contract shall be design, manufacture, supply, inspection, test, erect and commission, as the case may be, of the Stores, plants, materials, components, equipment, machineries, instruments, appliances and accessories, in accordance with the technical specifications and drawings of the Contract documents. 1.2 The General Conditions of Contract (Form No. CMM-22/Rev.4) shall form a part of the Contract. 1.3 In case of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the General Conditions of Contract (Form No. CMM-22/Rev.4) and the conditions as may be stipulated in the Contract, the latter shall prevail to the extent applicable. 2
PREAMBLE. The Principal intends to award, under laid down organizational procedures, Annual Maintenance contract/s for Housekeeping works at Staff Colony and Office Premises of NABARD Rajasthan Regional Office at Jaipur. The Principal values full compliance with all relevant laws of the land, rules, regulation, and economic use of resources and of fairness /transparency in its relations with its Bidder(s) and/or Contractor(s). In order to achieve these goals, the Principal will appoint Independent External Monitors (IEMs) who will monitor the tender process and the execution of the contract for compliance with the principles mentioned above.
