The purpose and function of the main body of this EPA is principally to regulate the legal and contractual relationship between the State and the Right Holders. 3. This EPA, and all operations or transactions related to Petroleum Activities pursuant to this EPA, shall be governed by applicable Lebanese law. In the event of conflict between the provisions of this EPA and applicable Lebanese law, applicable Lebanese law shall prevail. 4.
