This EPA is a Petroleum Rights document awarded pursuant to the law no 132/2010 (OPR Law), authorising the conduct by the Right Holders of Petroleum Activities in the Block, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this EPA. 2. Accordingly, this EPA, for the period from the Effective Date until the date of termination of this EPA: a) confers on the Right Holders, subject to applicable Lebanese law and the terms and conditions set forth in this EPA, the exclusive right to conduct Reconnaissance, Exploration, Appraisal, Development, Production and other Petroleum Activities relating to Petroleum originating from one or more Reservoirs in the subsoil of the seabed within the limits of the Block; and b) Confers a non-exclusive right, subject to applicable law, to construct and operate Facilities for the purpose of Processing, Transportation and storage of Petroleum up to each Delivery Point. 3.
