“Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin İşlər İdarəsi” və İnstitute of Spa and Balneology arasında bağlanmış 049-03/2023_saylı 31. 03.2023-cü il tarixli müqaviləyə 01 xxxxx Razılaşma Protokolu Bakı şəhəri 31.03. 2023-cü il Biz, aşağıda imza edənlər, “Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin İşlər İdarəsi” (bundan sonra “Sifarişçi”) adından İşlər Müdiri xxxxxxxxxxx və İnstitute of Spa and Balneology (bundan sonra “İcraçı”) adından Baş İcraçı Direktoru Dr.__________, Tərəflər arasında mövcud xxxx 049-03/2023 xxxxx 31.03.2023-cü il tarixli müqavilə əsasında aşağıdakılar barədə razılığa gəldik: “İcraçı” aşağıdakı qeyd olunan xidməti “Sifarişçi” tərəfindən qeyd olunan qiymətə uyğun olaraq “Sifarişçi”yə təhvil verməyi öz öhdəsinə götürür.

PRICE AGREEMENT PROTOCOL No 01 on the basis of contract No04903/2023 dated 31. 03 , 2023, existing between “Administrative department of the President” and Institute of Spa and Balneology Baku 31.03 2023 In accordance with the requirements of the existing contract No 049-03/2023, dated as 31.03.2023 between “Administrative Department of the President” (hereafter "Customer"), represented by Head of Administrative Department Mr. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx from one side, and “Institute of Spa and Balneology”, (hereafter “Contractor”), represented by Dr. ________ from the other side, on the conditions shown below: The “Contractor” undertakes to provide the service indicated below to “Customer” with stipulated price.

Bu Qiymət Razılaşdırma Protokolu biri “Sifarişçi”də, digəri isə “İcraçı”da qalmaq şərti ilə, eyni hüquqi qüvvəyə xxxxx xxxx 2 (iki) nüsxədə, azərbaycan və ingilis dillərində tərtib olunmuşdur. Azərbaycan və ingilis dilindəki versiyaları arasında ziddiyyət olduqda, üstünlük azərbaycan dilindəki versiyaya verilir. Tərəflərin adı və imzası: “Sifarişçi” / “Customer” “Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin İşlər İdarəsi“/ “The Administrative Department of the President” İşlər Müdiri/ Head of Administrative Department xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (imza, möhür / signature, stamp)

The given Price Agreement Protocol is composed in 2 (two) copies written in Azerbaijani and English having the same legal sense. One of the copies is preserved by Customer, the other one - by Contractor. In case of the disagreements and disputes between the English and Azerbaijani versions, Azerbaijan version shall have the prevailing legal force.
