CONTRACT SUBJECT. Article. 1. (1) The Employer has entrusted the Contractor and the Contractor agreed to perform for the period and according to the conditions of the present Agreement buying of waste by types specified in detail and referred to in Paragraph 2 (hereinafter referred to in this Agreement collectively as "waste"). (2) The waste subject of this Agreement will include: 1. Paper and cardboard packages waste, pasteboard, cardboard 2. Mixed paper waste 3. Nylon waste 4. HDPE waste (tubes, cans, buckets), polyethylene 5. waste of PET (plastic bottles, separated by color) (3) Waste covered by this Agreement will be Hamburger Recycling
