Notices. All notices delivered in connection with this Contract shall be in Bulgarian or English and in writing. If there is a discrepancy between the texts in Bulgarian and English, the text in Bulgarian shall prevail and be taken into account. Notices can be delivered in person to the contact persons by e-mail or by mail with return receipt to the address specified herein unless such an address has been changed, for which the relevant Party has informed the other one.

Notices. Art. 26.(1) All notices delivered in connection with this Contract shall be in Bulgarian or English and in writing. If there is a discrepancy between the texts in Bulgarian and English, the text in English shall prevail and be taken into account. Notices can be delivered in person to the contact persons by e-mail or by mail with return receipt to the address specified herein unless such an address has been changed, for which the relevant Party has informed the other one. If there is a discrepancy between the contract texts in Bulgarian and English, the text in English едната Страна е информирала другата. Ако има несъответствие между текстовете на договора на български и на английски език, предимство ще има и ще се вземе предвид текста на Английски език.

Notices. Parties agree that all notices in relation to the Lease Agreement shall be delivered in writing, personally or by courier, via registered mail or registered mail with return receipt, or by e-mail with electronic signature to the addresses indicated on the top of this Lease Agreement or to all other addresses of which Parties have notified each other in advance. Lessee acknowledges that the Lease Payment invoices and notices upon request shall be served as normal postal consignments.
