Evaluation of Technical Bids. The Technical Bids will be evaluated by a Committee of Officers based on documents submitted by the bidders along with their offers in GeM Portal. No documents shall be accepted separately. However, Bank has the discretion to ask for additional documents, if deemed necessary.
