संिवदाकार �ारा िनयु4 D�4यों क. कायfi/गलितयों के कारण या संिवदाकार के कायfi / गलितयों के कारण ब�क को 5ए िकसी नकसान /हािन की भरपाई संिवदाकार �ारा की जाएगी। The contractor shall make good for any damages/loss caused to the Bank due to the actions/omissions of persons employed by him or because of his actions/omissions during the execution of this contract.
