VARIABLE COMPONENT: B. Service Charges –Contractor’s Overhead Charges & Profit, Insurance charges (Workmen Compensation Policy, Third Party Liability Policy), Uniform charges, Cost of tools or any other expenses as applicable. The bidders shall quote his/her rates for the variable components i.e. Service Charges. The tenders will be evaluated and the lowest bidder will be decided on the basis of sum of A+B+C [i.e. Minimum Wages + Service Charges + GST as applicable].
