Assignment. 10.1 The Supplier shall not assign his rights or obligations under the Contract, in whole or in part, except with the Procuring Entity’s prior written consent.
11.1 The Supplier and its Subcontractor(s) shall have the nationality of a country other than that specified in the PCC.
