01 General. Add the following: “At the Pre-Award or Pre-Construction Meeting, the Contractor shall submit the name and location of the intended sources of supply for all bituminous pavement products. Hot mix asphalt will be accepted only from a NYSDOT approved automated plant certified in accordance with Materials Method 27.”
