01No Third Party Relationship. This Agreement is solely between the Reinsurer and the Company. There is no third party beneficiary to this Agreement. Reinsurance under this Agreement shall not create any right or legal relationship between the Reinsurer and any other person, for example, any insured, policyholder, agent, beneficiary, assignee, Designee, or other reinsurer. The Company agrees that it shall not make the Reinsurer a party to any litigation between any such third party and the Company.
