01Representations of Servicer. The Servicer makes the following representations on which the Issuing Entity is deemed to have relied in acquiring the Receivables. The representations speak as of the execution and delivery of this Agreement (or as of the date a Person (other than the Indenture Trustee) becomes Servicer pursuant to Sections 7.03 and 8.02, in the case of a successor to the Servicer) and shall survive the sale of the Receivables to the Issuing Entity and the pledge thereof to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Indenture.
