02Computation of Time Periods; Rules of Interpretation; Other Definitional Provisions. In this Agreement and the other Loan Documents in the computation of periods of time from a specified date to a later specified date, the word “from” means “from and including” and the words “to” and “until” each mean “to but excluding”. The terms “includes” and “including” are not limiting, and the term “or” has, except where otherwise indicated, the inclusive meaning represented by the phrase “and/or.” The words “hereof,” “herein,” “hereby,” “hereunder,” and similar terms in this Agreement or any other Loan Document refer to this Agreement or such other Loan Document, as the case may be, as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement or such other Loan Document, as the case may be. References in the Loan Documents to any agreement, document or contract, unless otherwise specified, shall mean and be a reference to such agreement or contract as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms and, if applicable, the Loan Documents. References in the Loan Documents to any Person shall mean and be a reference to such Person and its permitted successors and assigns. Any reference to any law or regulation herein shall, unless otherwise specified, refer to such law or regulation as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time. When used herein, “repurchase” shall also be deemed to include “purchase” and vice versa. Whenever the context may require, any pronoun in this Agreement or any other Loan Document shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine and neuter forms. Section headings herein and in each other Loan Document are included for convenience and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement or such Loan Document. Unless otherwise specified, all references herein to times of day shall constitute references to Eastern Time.
