03Certain Waivers Sample Clauses

The 'Certain Waivers' clause defines which rights or claims a party intentionally gives up under the agreement. In practice, this clause may specify that a party waives the right to enforce certain contractual provisions or to pursue specific legal remedies, such as claims for damages or the right to a jury trial. By clearly outlining these waivers, the clause helps prevent future disputes over whether a party can assert a right that was knowingly relinquished, thereby ensuring clarity and reducing the risk of unexpected claims.
