04C Second Tranche. The disbursement of the second Tranche is furthermore conditional upon the delivery by the Bank to the Borrower, following receipt of the relevant Allocation Requests, of the Allocation Letter confirming the eligibility of Sub-Projects fi- nanced under the Upfront Amount for an amount at least of or equivalent to EUR 5,000,000.00 (five million euros).
