04Tenant's Financial Condition. Within 10 days after a written request from Landlord, but not more than two times in any calendar year, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord financial statements as are reasonably required by Landlord to verify the net worth of Tenant, or any assignee, subtenant, or guarantor of Tenant. In addition, Tenant shall deliver to any lender designated by Landlord any financial statements required by the lender to facilitate the financing or refinancing of the Premises. Tenant represents to Landlord that each financial statement is a true, complete, and accurate statement as of the date of the statement. All financial statements will be confidential and will be used only for the purposes set forth in this Lease.
