05Good Funds Payments Clause Samples

05Good Funds Payments. If any two or more payments by check from Tenant to Landlord for Rent are dishonored and returned unpaid, thereafter Landlord may, at Landlord's option, by the delivery of a written notice to Tenant, require that all future payments of Rent for the remaining Term of this Lease must be made by cash, certified check, cashier's check, official bank check, money order, wire transfer or automatic electronic funds transfer ("Good Funds"), and that the delivery of Tenant's personal or corporate check will no longer constitute payment of Rent under this Lease. Any acceptance by Landlord of a payment for Rent by Tenant's personal or corporate check thereafter will not be construed as a waiver of Landlord's right to insist upon payment by Good Funds as set forth in this Section.
