09No Additional Representations or Warranties. The Purchaser has not made and is not making any representation or warranty whatsoever to the Seller or its respective Affiliates, respective directors, officers, employees, stockholders, partners, members or representatives, and no such Purchaser Related Party shall be liable in respect of the accuracy or completeness of any information provided to Seller or its respective Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, stockholders, partners, members or representatives (except the specific representations and warranties of Seller set forth in this Article IV).
09No Additional Representations or Warranties. None of Acquiror, any of its representatives or Affiliates, or any other Person acting on their behalf has made or is making any representation or warranty to Transferor or its respective Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, stockholders, partners, members or representatives (except the specific representations and warranties of Acquiror set forth in this Article IV, in any Ancillary Agreement, or in the certificate delivered at Closing pursuant to Section 2.04(a)(iii) of this Agreement).
