09Undisclosed Liabilities. Foreland has no liabilities, obligations, or commitments of any nature whatsoever, whether asserted, known, absolute, accrued, matured, or otherwise (collectively, “Liabilities”), except those which have been incurred in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice since the Balance Sheet Date and which are not, individually or in the aggregate, in excess of $10,000. Any UCC Financing Statements will be released within three (3) business days of the Closing.
