Common use of 0c Sections 4 Clause in Contracts

0c Sections 4. 04, 4.05, and 4.06 to Remain in Effect. Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 4.04, 4.05, 4.06, and 4.07 of the Mortgage, the provisions of Sections 4.04, 4.05, and 4.06 of the Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect and shall be performed by the Company so long as any Bonds of the 2053 Series remain outstanding.
