0f Reference to Minimum Provision for Depreciation in Certificate of Available Additions. So long as any Bonds of the 2033 Series remain outstanding, all references to the minimum provision for depreciation in the form of certificate of available additions set forth in Section 3.03 of the Mortgage shall be included in any certificate of available additions filed with the Trustee, but whenever Bonds of the 2033 Series shall no longer be outstanding, all references to such minimum provisions for depreciation may be omitted from any such certificate.
