102 Further Negotiations. (a) The Guild and Employers will endeavor promptly to arrive at an agreement for separate rates and provisions for producing industrial, religious, educational, documentary, government films and television and theatrical commercials. The parties will also negotiate with respect to the production on motion picture film of certain types of programming which include, but are not limited to, sports, game, panel or similar programs. The parties agree to commence negotiations at any time hereunder, on any one or more of these subjects, not later than sixty (60) days after written request.
