102 Purchaser IP. “Purchaser IP” means all patents, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, Internet domain names, copyrights (including rights in computer software) trade secrets and know-how and other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered, and all rights or forms of protection having equivalent or similar effect anywhere in the world.
