Common use of 11Integration Clause in Contracts

11Integration. This Agreement together with any exhibits or schedules attached hereto, including any documents expressly incorporated into it by the terms of this Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral and written agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. With this Agreement the parties rescind any previous agreements or arrangements between themselves. Any supplement, modification, waiver, or termination of this Agreement is valid only if it is set forth in writing and signed by both parties. The waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other provisions and, unless otherwise stated, shall not constitute a continuing waiver.
