Common use of 12A Clause in Contracts

12A. As soon as conveniently may be after the proposals of the Joint Venturers under either clause 11 or clause 12 hereof have been approved or deemed to have been approved the State shall grant to the Joint Venturers or to a company nominated by the Joint Venturers and approved by the Minister (referred to in this clause as “the nominated company”) such leases licenses reserves and tenements under the provisions of the Mining Act or the Land Act as the Joint Venturers may reasonably require and request for their purposes under such proposals respectively and the provisions of clause 8(2)(b) hereof shall apply thereto mutatis mutandis.
