12Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. The submission of a signature page transmitted by electronic transmission facility, including PDF, via email, shall be considered as an “original” signature page for purposes of this Agreement.
