Common use of 12Severability Clause in Contracts

12Severability. If a court of competent jurisdiction in a final determination deems any provision of this Agreement invalid, prohibited or unenforceable, such invalidity, prohibition or unenforceability shall apply only to such provision and only to the extent of such invalidity, prohibition or unenforceability, and shall not render this Agreement or any other provision of this Agreement wholly or partially invalid, prohibited or unenforceable.
