12Severability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any of the Terms and Conditions herein shall not substantially nullify the underlying intent of this Agreement and the invalid or unenforceability Terms and Conditions shall be severable and the invalidity or unenforceability of any term or Terms and Conditions of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other terms or Terms and Conditions herein contained which shall remain in full force and effect.
