Common use of 12Severability Clause in Contracts

12Severability. Any provision of this Agreement held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability without affecting the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof; and the invalidity of a particular provision in a particular jurisdiction shall not invalidate such provision in any other jurisdiction.

12Severability. Any term or provision of this Agreement held to be invalid, illegal which is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such that jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity, illegality invalidity or unenforceability without rendering invalid or unenforceable the remaining terms and provisions of this Agreement or affecting the validity, legality and validity or enforceability of any of the remaining terms or provisions hereof; and the invalidity of a particular provision in a particular jurisdiction shall not invalidate such provision this Agreement in any other jurisdiction. If any provision of this Agreement is so broad as to be unenforceable, the provision shall be interpreted to be only so broad as is enforceable.

12Severability. Any provision If any of the provisions in this Agreement shall, for any reason, be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shallrespect, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity, illegality illegality, or unenforceability without affecting the validity, legality shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement and enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof; and the invalidity of a particular provision in a particular jurisdiction shall not invalidate such provision the Lien Priority or the application of Proceeds and other priorities set forth in any other jurisdictionthis Agreement.
