13Proxies. The Custodian shall, with respect to the domestic investments held hereunder, cause to be promptly executed by the registered holder of such investments, if the investments are registered otherwise than in the name of the Fund or a nominee of the Fund, all proxies without indication of the manner in which such proxies are to be voted, and shall promptly deliver to the Fund such proxies, all proxy soliciting materials received by the Custodian and all notices received relating to such investments.
