13TH SALARY. The employee receives a 13th monthly salary at the end of the year. Social insurance is to be paid on the 13th salary. The 13th salary includes a MABS component ranging between -25% and +25%. Employees either beginning or leaving their employment during the year will be compensated on a pro rata basis.
