14Assignment and Acceptance. Each Lender to become a party to this Agreement (other than the Administrative Agent and any other Lender that is a signatory hereto) shall do so by delivering to the Administrative Agent an Assignment and Acceptance duly executed by such ▇▇▇▇▇▇, the Borrower (if the Borrower’s consent to such assignment is required hereunder) and the Administrative Agent.
