14Patriot Act Representation. Landlord and Tenant each represent to the other that: (1) its property interests are not blocked by Executive Order No. 13224, 66 Fed. Reg. 49079; (2) it is not a person listed on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list of the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Department of the Treasury; and (3) it is not acting for or on behalf of any person on that list.
