Common use of 16C Clause in Contracts

16C. Where research is conducted by Librarians and Archivists in the course of their duties in accordance with the provisions of Article 16C.02, it shall have as its primary objective to increase knowledge and understanding, to improve the professional competence of Librarians and Archivists, and to enhance library services.
