17Permits; Compliance. Pocket Games and each of its Subsidiaries is in possession of all franchises, grants, authorizations, licenses, permits, easements, variances, exemptions, consents, certificates, approvals and orders necessary to own, lease and operate its properties and to carry on its business as it is now being conducted (collectively, the “Pocket Games Permits”), and there is no action pending or, to the knowledge of Pocket Games, threatened regarding suspension or cancellation of any of Pocket Games Permits. Neither Pocket Games nor any of its Subsidiaries is in conflict with, or in default or violation of, any of Pocket Games Permits, except for any such conflicts, defaults or violations which, individually or in the aggregate, would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. Since December 31, 2014, neither Pocket Games nor any of its Subsidiaries has received any notification with respect to possible conflicts, defaults or violations of applicable laws, except for notices relating to possible conflicts, defaults or violations, which conflicts, defaults or violations would not have a Material Adverse Effect.
