The Company shall otherwise use its best efforts to comply with all applicable rules and regulations of the SEC in connection with any registration hereunder and the Company shall use its best efforts to file with the SEC in a timely manner all reports and documents required of the Company under the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act (as defined in Section 6(a)).
