1940 Act Preferred Shares Asset Coverage. The Trust shall maintain, as of the last Business Day of each month in which any share of a series of Preferred Shares is outstanding, the 1940 Act Preferred Shares Asset Coverage; provided, however, that the redemption pursuant to Section 11(b) of this Part I shall be the sole remedy in the event the Trust fails to do so.
