1985 Capitalization of ELAC. AlliedSignal shall ensure that the 1985 capitalization of ELAC is confirmed by German counsel to have been lawful and proper. The parties shall cooperate in any steps that may be necessary to correct the capitalization, at AlliedSignal's expense.
