Common use of 1991 ISDA DEFINITIONS Clause in Contracts

1991 ISDA DEFINITIONS. The definitions and provisions contained in the 1991 ISDA Definitions and the 1998 Supplement thereto (the "1991 Definitions") as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. For these purposes, all references in the 1991 Definitions to a "Swap Transaction" shall be deemed to apply to each Transaction under this Agreement.
