19Margin Loan Facility. As of the Closing Date, the Borrower has provided the Lender with true, correct and complete copies of all Margin Loan Documents (as defined in the Margin Loan Facility). The Borrower shall cause the Margin Loan Borrower to comply in all material respects with the Margin Loan Documents.
