Common use of 1Access to Records Clause in Contracts

1Access to Records. (a)Manager shall provide to the Governing Body, LCH’s auditors and accountants, LCH’s fiscal intermediaries, and accountants and agents for the Medicare and Medicaid programs or any other governmental authority exercising legal and appropriate authority, access to all lawfully required records for a period of seven (7) years after the furnishing of services under this Agreement.
