1Background included Clause Samples
The '1Background included' clause serves to incorporate background information or context into the agreement. This clause typically outlines the relevant facts, circumstances, or prior dealings that have led to the formation of the contract, such as the parties' relationship, previous agreements, or the purpose of the transaction. By formally including this background, the clause helps clarify the intent of the parties and provides a reference point for interpreting the contract's terms, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over context.
