1Definitions and Interpretation. Other than as provided for in clause 1.2 below, the definitions and interpretations contained in our General Terms and Conditions shall apply to these Terms.

1Definitions and Interpretation. 1Definitions In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions have the meanings hereby assigned to them: Agreement means this agreement including all schedules to it. Authority means all Commonwealth, State and local government councils, parliaments, departments, offices, bodies, instruments, and authorities which in any way govern, regulate, conduct or affect any aspect of the parties rights and obligations under this Agreement, or any aspect of the WUC. Basis of Design (BOD) means a 50% design development level deliverable to be co­-ordinated by the Lead Designer and delivered by the Design Team.
