Common use of 1Entire Agreement; Amendment Clause in Contracts

1Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between MSC and Customer with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all understandings, communications or agreements between MSC and Customer with respect to the subject matter. If Customer issues a purchase order or other instrument covering the Services provided under this Agreement, it is expressly agreed that the terms of this Agreement supersede any different, conflicting or additional terms in a purchase order or other customer issued instrument. This Agreement may not be modified and the rights and restrictions may not be altered or waived except in a writing signed by the authorized representatives of the parties.
