1Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the plans and policies referenced herein constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and preempts any prior understandings, agreements or representations by or between the parties, written or oral, which may have related in any manner to the subject matter hereof. No supplement, modification subsequent modifications or amendment of amendments to this Agreement shall be binding upon the parties unless executed reduced in writing and signed by all the respective authorized officers of the parties.
