1Events Requiring Dissolution. The Company must be dissolved upon the occurrence of any of the following events: 17.1.1 The unanimous written consent of all Members; or 17.1.2 The death, retirement, resignation, expulsion, bankruptcy or dissolution of a Member, or the occurrence of any other event which terminates a Member’s continued membership in the Company, unless unanimous in Interest of the remaining Members consent in writing to continue the business of the Company, provided there is at least one (1) remaining Member.
