1Forfeiture of Performance Vesting Units and Time Vesting Units. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement to the contrary, upon a termination of employment for any reason, all Performance Vesting Units and Time Vesting Units that have not vested as of the date of termination of employment, shall expire and immediately be forfeited and canceled in their entirety without any consideration to the Participant.
